Charity Hartley is the Founder and Principal Strategist of CY Strategy & Solutions, LLC, a strategic advisory and organizational performance firm that helps organizations align people, strategy, and performance to navigate complexity and achieve sustainable results.
With more than 30 years of executive leadership experience spanning the U.S. Air Force, the Department of Defense, international security cooperation, and the private sector, Charity has built a career helping executive leaders solve complex organizational challenges and make better strategic decisions. Her expertise includes strategic planning, organizational transformation, executive advisory services, leadership development, workforce strategy, international engagement, and organizational performance improvement.
